Appointments missed or cancelled without required 12 hour notice will be charged at a rate of 50% of scheduled booking fee.

Method of Payment

We offer a variety of payment methods including cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Extended Healthcare (EHC) plans are covered. Payment is due when service is rendered and statements will be issued for reimbursement from your EHC provider.
